New York State Bans Source of Income Discrimination
NYS has recently passed legislation prohibiting discrimination based on a lawful source of income, including Section 8.

- Has not paid their portion of the rent
- Had their utilities shut off
- Has moved out of their unit

Landlord Access is a valuable resource for landlords. In addition to your tenant’s HAP payment history future HAP payments and inspection information are also available by accessing Landlord Access. Landlords also have access to common forms in the form library. If you have not signed on to Landlord access we encourage you to do so. There is helpful information available to you 24 hours a day.

1099’s have been mailed and are also available in Landlord Access. If you would like an additional copy or did not receive your copy in the mail please log on to Landlord Access to print another copy.
