Public Housing
AHA was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. AHA owns 265 Public Housing units.
Section 8
The Section 8 rental assistance programs are a three-way partnership between the Amsterdam Housing Authority, the family and the landlord of the housing unit.
